Our Cabins

We offer some of the nicest rentals on Black Lake. Enjoy clean well maintained cabins with all the comforts of home. Our property also offers fire pits and several fish cleaning houses; and naturally the best fishing lake in New York. Plus our store is in walking distance of all cabins.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

All cottage rentals are weekly from the first Saturday in June through the first Saturday in September. During May there is a 3 night minimum stay. During September and October there is a 2 night minimum stay. Cabin prices do not include dockage or boat and motor rentals.

​

Registration and payment are due upon arrival, please stop into the store.

​

Rates for cottages are based upon an occupancy of 4 people in a two bedroom cottage and 6 people in a three bedroom. Overnight guests are welcome, however, there is an additional charge. All overnight guests must register. Children under 2 years old are free, however they do count as an occupant.

​

An advance deposit of $350.00 is required for each cottage rental of 4 days or more. For shorter stays a one night deposit will be required. Campground reservations require a one night deposit. A deposit will hold your reservation for 24 hours beyond your scheduled arrival time. Please contact us if you will be delayed.

Deposits are not refundable after April 1ST.

Pets are welcome but must be leashed and excessive barking or annoyance will not be tolerated. All pets must be on a flea prevention program. ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMAL WASTE IS TO BE LEFT ON OUR PROPERTY AT ANY TIME; CLEANUP AFTER YOUR PET! Be considerate to other guests.

Pet Fees: $5 per night / $25 per week
